This flips the neutrality assumption on its head in a useful way. The Moody's analogy clarifies it well, nobody trusts a credit agency that won't publish its methodology. When I've seen people struggle with multi-agent systems, its usually because they expected one "right answer" instead of seeing divergence as the actuall signal.
